I can sell 500m. But can Amazon be charged back? Does anyone know? Also I can transfer the funds from Amazon to my bank just like a seller account can?

Yes, Amazon is like paypal in that you can fall victim of a chargeback

It's nothing like WU and you can easily chargeback, you had this thread for months and found no seller for obvious reasons. If you were serious about buying you would of found another way to pay via credit card, i.e. Western Union, MoneyGram, Playerauctions. You say you can't use PA but last time I check you can pay with credit card there.
