By using any of the cc's on these accounts, you'd be committing fraud - not to mention even if you didn't use the CC the original owner can get it back by calling microsoft. They have the full cc number, you don't, therefore you don't own the account.

After I deleted this kid off my msn, he proceeds to msg me and call me a newfag even though his post count/join date/vouches are fewer. Good joke, keep phishing baddie.

Just a warning to prospective buyers, these are not legitimately owned accounts.
