Buying something to verify my paypal with OR HELP ME PLEASE!

Hey guys, I need something to verify my PayPal account with. While trying to get a debit card for my PayPal account I messed something up and now all I can do on my PayPal is spend money and not receive any. This is because I was trying to get the student account thing and while trying to verify the bank, I found out it is already registered to my mom's PayPal. So now I'm stuck in the middle of the student account setup, and I have no way of canceling it that I know of. I will pay anyway from $10-20, via PayPal gift obviously. Or If someone knows how to fix this problem, I will pay $5 if you can figure out how to get rid of the student account thing.
Note: On the account that I am trying to getting the student account debit card on, I have a debit card registered to it, but because the bank could not be verified, my account stands unverified.
