Since I have never transferred money since RS put up the ban on trading money I am a noob at this. I am looking to buy 1 mill for a total of $4.00. I just want to but 1 mill first to try it out.

My account is only a level 58 pure so I will not be able to do BH or else I will die >__<. As for the D stones go, I don't even know what that is. So I'm looking for someone who is nice enough to sell to me and go the extra mile to teach me.
