( 4 digit , 6 digit .... etc ) what this mean in acc steam ?

 

It's the length of a Steam ID. STEAM_0:X:XXXX would be a 4 digit (The X's are of course numbers). The numbers after the last colon is what kind of digit a Steam ID is. STEAM_0:0:123456 would be a 6 digit.
