TDD locked my thread when i did nothing wrong

In the rules are stuff and description of the thread section it says

"GFX Sales and giveaways" and under it for description it says "Sell and request here"

I needed a banner and signature made for my rs services and i was offer in return a vouch AND free lvls in woodcutting (clearly says request and sell)

reason why i was giving them those in return is because i did not feel like paying rsgp or real money....

and vouches are things you leave someone for there work....Right?

so thats what i did.... i gave them stuff in return.... and it doesnt say i cannot give vouches in return.........

he locked my thread because i was giving vouches in return for a design....

1) thats lame.... vouches should be given
2) i was giving a vouch and training for there hard work

If he did the right thing please tell me how so

 

I believe vouches for free work is against the rules. But then again, you should have just been told about that, not have had your topic locked.

well it said SELL and request

and you know sell means get paid with some sort of reward
