its a fake acc. u cant have those stats and be lvl 40 unless u pced a ton, and im 41 with 11 prayer from dt and i dont have those, pcing to get close to the same as those but ilso same hp, anyone notice no pic, hes scaming.

because of 40 atk 50 str i can get 60 60
my magic training from 1-60 didnt affect hp or cb
my range only affected it from until i could cannon
i got from 1-40 attack with no hp gain from quests
i trained str at 50 hits per game @ pc so i could put points into str too.to get less hp.

Dumbass he never said he pced.. It is highly possible to be that level with all of that... mage training with no hp exp involved.. he could use cannon for range... str and attack xp from quests and what not... dont just assume he is a scammer..
