Selling very good 07 account

Hello all, I'm new to selling accounts, I will follow all security procedures like middle men ect, I'm done with 07 after losing a few bill staking.

I am in no rush to sell, and will wait for fair offers on the account, main stats are 91 att 91 str 91 def 99 range 97 hp 84 herblore.

It has fire cape, rune defender, all prayer books filled, most or all random event / holiday items if you're into that sort of thing

Also what may interest some people is the very rare name on the account (I am often complimented on the originality of the name from passers by)

Though this is the case I could sell the name seperately if anyone is interested.

Because I'm new any advice on these sorts of deals would be very appreciated, I have never sold an account before and have no interest in conning someone.
