    Hello, I am buying a 138 Runescape account, yesterday I was buying one and of course got scammed $190.00, I was able to get my money back by contacting my bank and paypal, first off the 138 must have decent all around stats and a decent inventory. I don't care if its known and all that. If you have a 138 and wanting to sell it, I am only offering $190.00 USD paypal, knowing that I am a legit buyer and will use A sythe MM I think $190.00 is a fair price for the both of us, anyways my msn and aim is below let me know if you want to work something out, thanks!
