All you have to do is: Add a credit or debit card and confirm you are the person who owns the card. Bam, $250 in your pocket. I ask for just 20-30M for this that's $8/M.

uhm i have the same problem, but infact have like $300 stuck on it and its fucking limited. Dude, limited means u need to add bank account and add a credit card.... With just adding a credit card u cant get it to send money. This is if ur account is in the case where it is limited.

 

hey you can just wait 6 months than you can get the money.... Also it's risky if someone put the credit card and bank account into paypal.... I'll sell you mils for $6 each with that account but in 6 months later ok?

you account will stay limited forever . I have the same problem. Its not true when people say that the limitations get removed. They DONT!

 

You could use real info though to verify? Problem is, I'm under 18 so I can't have a paypal anyway.
