1) Im F2P
2) No thanks. First of all, I am F2p, and I am quitting Runescape.
Second, if I get 70 attack (and assuming pking still exists and assuming that I still play runescape, which both won't happen) I will use whip a lot. First, Bounty Hunter doesnt fit with whip. Old Pking using whip gets you 85+ Attack easily.
Then, it'll just be 100+ Combat with 99 strength, when I could have used dragon scim to stay at 90 combat (or lets say 92 combat if it ends up me getting 99 hp).

Those extra attacks and combat levels would be all a waste.
3) Once again, no thanks. Im F2P, Im quitting, and Runescape isn't worth it.
