    Buying 100M $52 via PA or PP
    Title explains. HOWEVER: I would prefer Paypal, as PA has been taking ridiculously long to verify these days. This is in the seller's favor as well since you can avoid PA transaction fees.

    If you think I'm going to scam you and risk getting an account from '09 with 15 vouches banned for $52, so be it.
