GP is worth 32c-37c/M right now, so at the most 14M is wroth $5.18 while an upgrade costs $7.95.

Also, there are a handful of re-sellers here with many vouches and high reputation, and on top of that they buy at higher than 14M, so there is a very low chance of you getting one at 14M.

Yeah, because in the last year gold prices have fallen to an all time low, so of course, now when you buy things w/ gold you must pay more gold for it, as gold is worth less $/M
