I would like to buy 1.6B. Trying to buy through PA but they only let me do a max of 400M each time through paypal and then I have to go through verification which takes forever.
I can buy 400m from you through PA, and then the rest through direct paypal.
I have a business verified account and can go through other verification. I also have 24 positive feedbacks buying/selling on PA.
Let me know if you can help me.. thanks
