Willing to pay quite a bit overpay via CSGO skins for 07 gold. My current conversion is as follows.

(Item's steam market price*80%) is what I'll value each skin at if there's nothing particularly special, and I'm willing to pay $0.65 or so per million after that.

In other words, I can pay around $0.81/1M OSRS at steam market rates.
