    Buying a new computer.

    Wow, great buy.

You wont really need to update graphics it's a pretty good card. But if it's really bothering you then get a 4850 hd or a 9800GT

It's a pretty good computer. With a 2.7 GHz, 4GB memory, and a 512mb GeForce graphics card you shouldn't have any problem running any games.

    Buying a new computer.

I would personally build it myself instead of wasting money on that card/cpu but overall it's an ok/alright buy.

I dont have the time to build it. I could probably get a friend to do it but im too lazy to find all the parts and stuff.

    Really bad buy mate.
9400GT is extremely slow, don't let the 512MB fool you.
Generic parts including RAM and PSU.

Use this site, ecollegepc.com and custom build your own.
    E5200,GA-EP43-DS3L,4850 512MB, etc...should be around $500-600.

For the games you are playing this will do just fine. Counterstrike does not require much.
