kaii agents lying about payment

Explanation of the trade:I have sold 350m to @Kaii 24h ago, his agents said payment has been sent 6 hours ago, but when i ask for proof they tell me to contact an email to which i get no response.

they should have it in their archive, i was sure they paid but aparently not.

i'm also a bit frustrated with their agents frequently misspelling their rsn's and waiting before correcting, its very unprofessional.

 

My agents told u couple times before if u could email me to resolve it.
Why make a report instead of actually emailing me?

Also my agents have nothing to do with this and how they do trades. They always double confirm everything before telling people to accept anything. Nothing has gone wrong so far and nothing will.

 

nothing has gone wrong? how about you start telling people when u actually send the money? no need to lie to people, i sold it to you over 24h ago, why wasnt it sent after 10h as advertised?

I had emailed you, about this, with no response and i can prove it.

Clearly you and ur agents don't know how to do trades if they lie about you sending payments?

What if i didn't take pictures, and i went on a trip? would u just claim it didnt happen? what if i needed the money urgently in 10 hours? don't tell me your and ur agents know how to do business. ur playing roulette with ur customers.

 

The payment was sent on the 17th -> [sensitive info]
Skrill put your payment on hold, i had to open the payment and click "confirm receipt".
This is the first time this ever happened but after that it's apparently processed.

u clearly had id it set by bank or smth and it didnt clear up, looks like a report is nesecary for things to start happening
