Buying odds account for a very good rs3 account

Hey everyone,
I am looking to buy a noses account, max meele and 50+ mine and smith thats the only req for a really good eoc account (400M+ exp! chaotics, lucky zgs, drag hatchet and pickaxe in toolbelt, all the expensive skills are 99 (herb, pray, hunter, summ) it has over 15 99s. Maxed out combat (including range and Mage). 600k loyalty points!!!!!!! It cant get better cmon.
