im not going first to people without 150+ vouches or who are staff, mm is always an option if they pay Fee's I always state this in Skype chat.

 

150+ vouches is a lot for small trades like this. I've made plenty of people go first with only~60 vouches. Use a trusted MM like Bogdan or Eut with this guy, don't go first to a post with 6 postcount guys.
