Buying a Pmod reccomendation for 1m!

If you can successfully make me a Pmod then only you will get the money. I will pay first half which is 500k for the reccomendation. Once I become a Pmod, i will pay the rest. That is not correct.
You can recieve player mod with ANY amount of black marks.
I have a level 100 with 13.6/10 black marks that was mod then demodded
just a few weeks later, then he was perm banned.
Black marks simply means that you have a smaller chance at becoming a player mod.

Yes you can, bounty hunter or market manipulation are the commonly favoured options atm.

Completely true, you can be a mod even with blackmarks.

Though i doubt you can get a recommendation for 500k, as the pmod endangers his account by recommending you, especially with the new registration procedures
