you upgrade account
you take bolts
(optional) you wait for me to alch leftover bolts for cash, and i'll trade cash back for the bolts

Onyx Bolt (e) : 8850 GE price, and 9000 alch price; stable due to high alch price

Well, it's basically a normal upgrade but with currency in onyx bolt (e)

 

Use a MM or OMM, it'll be much safer for both of the traders.

 

Yeah, I will be willing to do that, but first I need someone who would accept payment in Onyx Bolt (e). The 9000 alch value keeps the item stable, but some are just unwilling to trade with anything but stone hard cash.
