Briefly explain the trade: Gave him 35m to his account “Wumg” to complete me a kiln cape on my pure which I came back 8 hours later and I had 94m cash logged back in as he stated on his thread that it was completed but it wasn’t my wealth wiped and defence is 3.

I've requested a TwC be placed on him for violating the terms, namely, your defense went up to level 3. I've also PMed him requesting he refund you the full payment. Should he choose not to comply, he will be banned.
