Banned with reason as hacked?

Hi guys,

Over a year ago my account was taken over, i was initially banned and then an agreement was made to give me a TWC which they said would eventually be removed once some transactions were done.

My username is Dylan82292


I am not sure why i am banned, i had this account since 2007 when I started playing.

I came on today to look around at some accounts for OS RS since i got it working on my mac.

Why exactly was I banned permanently?

I did not have any transactions made in quite a long time.

I am here to respectfully dispute the ban placed on my account.
