Brbfarmrun Scammed and hasnt paid.

So, i was selling two $10 RS cards. I messaged Brbfarmrun on Skype to sell said cards. And agreement was made for a cost of 48m EoC. Not an issue. But, upon telling him the PINs, he simply said they did not work, and blocked me without hesitation. Now, i already got scammed one card a few days ago. I thought the card was faulty, because it didnt not show any signs of already being redeemed. That person scammed me too, but i dont have enough proof for that. I can only prove against brbfarmrun. So, assuming they were faulty cards, i sent an email to Jagex, with all three card PINs, hoping they'd tell me the cards were faulty, unactivated. I was wrong. PINs i include in the following pics have already been redeemed, so dont bother with them. Anyway, this morning Jagex answered, confirming that these PINs were all redeemed right before i checked them to see if they worked. He took the pins. Redeemed them. Lied. And blocked me. Time for an IP Ban?
