Ok i need serious help

So i already got Nummy banned. Which his skype name name is Jeff-1986 but wait a minute he has two accounts the other one is jeffrscheapgold. So lets get to the seriousness Jeff his first account is from turkey and his second one is from the united kingdoms. You know he has been hitting me up on skype and trying to get me to buy more stuff and trying to steal my personal information. and now he just tryed to kelog my pc twice today. He failed the first time because i opened the file to somtthin that was to be for runescape which im pretty sure its more than that. and nuthing was there it just opened up a little box that said working and you click ok and it opens up runescape in a browser. so then after i open it nuthing happens and he logs off so im like oh keylogging arent yah. So i try to delete the file and it says i cant cause its running so i go to task manager and close all the processes and virus scan everything to the max and restart my pc. so 10mins after i virus scan he trys to send me another file which is an agreement.exe file and i said no im not opening another one. and he gets all angry because i know he is trying to fraud me more for my personal info. so when he made his new account and hit me up i said why you from united kingdom now and not turkey you know you suck at scamming, and he goes no im not a scammer im from the uk. and i go sure you are. so more chat goes on a couple days until today when like i said he trying to keylogg my pc and he goes im gonna report you. and i said report me im gonna report you and he goes good luck i live in turkey, and i said thanks for admiting your a scammer. he rages cause i knew what he was trying to do. i mean i dont fall for stuff a second time im sorry but this seems like its becoming and issue for the police to deal with. i mena for god sakes and tryed getting me to give him my social security number the other and i told him absolutely not buddy.

What are anyone else opinions on what i should do?

i mean i know its only $200-$300 he scammed me but its seems like more of an issue now than just money!
