Bus369 Scamming Counter scammed gold! (2+ months later?)

Bus369 has recently been unbanned, He had counter scammed me 40m 07 (him admitting it here) http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer...s-kane-need-staff-s-help-tracing-victims.html

He had a whole month of being unbanned, only refunded 8m and claims he can't find anyone else I've scammed but still hasnt give me the rest back

Basically what he's done is scammed a counter scam, because he thinks because he's banned he gets to keep this gold. Now he's unbanned hes acting like this situation never happened in the first place by not posting anywhere that this money has been refunded

I think it's only fair he shows proof during the last 2 months hes tried to refund this money if not he's basically kept it to himself


There was also a thread (which i can't find now) Which I had made blupig or brendan had replied ''He'll not be unbanned unless proof of him trying to refund this gold is shown'' Would appreciate that being found

It's been 3 months since bus369 has counterscammed Chris.kane51 for 43.75m 07, about 30m of it has been remaining owed for the last 2 months and he's under the impression because he was banned he doesnt need to refund this money (Similar case with jinzo and his $100) He's basically scammed a counterscam and now hes back he hasn't even said anything about it or acting like he doesn't even have it anymore

He has already tried saying that the counterscam was only 30m, trying to keep himself 43.75m now he's ignoring his livechat when i ask about it

I honestly don't understand how someone can break 6 rules on sythe and still get unbanned, and sketchy apart from breaking them 6 rules (Not even a TWC)

Theres another report i made where blupig or brendan said they will ask for proof he's tried to refund this money during the duration of his ban but seems they never stuck to it and he's now unbanned.

Dont say "we're looking into it", I demand an answer. Not the thread to be closed and forgotten about.

He has broken every rule except selling his sythe account, yet I don't understand why you keep bringing him back. There is no other Sythe member that has pardoned 6-7 times and been successful. He has nothing to bring to the table except trouble.

Why is bus369 repeatedly given the chance to come back on the forums while other members in similar positions are straight away denied/never get pardoned. He is a dangerous member to this community and therefore I stand strong because I want to protect Sythe and its users.
