Scammed by rekasaurusrex

First, his thread tells me add the skype name "rekasaurus.rex," so I add it. We converse and we agree on a price. I pay him on the night of 4/1. He tells me he will start the boosting the next day. The next day, no progress on the account, and he won't answer his skype at all. I message the account on this forum, asking him if he was going to boost my account. He tells me that he never recieved an order from me.

Next, he tells me that "rekasaurus.rex" is not his skype, and that it is "rekasaurusrex."

I believe he is lying, and I have proof. First, in two older posts, he says that "rekasaurus.rex" is his skype.

Second, rekasaurusrex is not a valid skype name and I can't change it.
I believed that he changed the skype name on his original post ([NA/LAN] Cooperative, Cheap Boosting | Fast Wins) in order to say that I paid the wrong person because it was edited shortly after I made my payment.

Finally, after I call him out on it, he won't respond at all.

So to recap, he attempted to scam me by saying that I added the wrong skype, when in fact I added the the right one.
I can provide any additional details (skype messages, paypal) or ask any questions.
I'm probably not going to get my money back, but hopefully this scumbag will be banned.
