GGRefs is a scammer

Info: Purchase 2 sets of refs for friends and has yet to deliver anything. He keeps making excuses about not updating. But when I made an account referred to the accounts i bought them for it updates it on the list. He has stopped replying to my request for a refund. Others are having same issue with him according to his various threads. He told me the referrals were done on my friends account I took his word for it and gave him a vouch. Later i found out the accounts were never leveled to 10 for the referrals. I would like the 20+30 USD (50$) refunded - he keeps refusing my request by ignoring or lying.

I looked up his name and found that he has scammed multiple users across multiple forums such as epvp and sythe

 

I'm not the only one with negative experience with him its all over his thread
