Heavens Hero is a Scammer

Briefly explain the trade: Scammed me for 17.5$ over Paypal.
How they scammed:Originally posted to sell 20M, he demanded that I go first, I said fine since we both had 7 vouches or so. He then said hes selling 50M, and I agreed to do 2 increments of 25. We arrange meeting place/time, yet he takes forever. When he comes on and trades me I pay him via PP. He only puts up 20M, saying 5m is in his bank. He then goes to bank and logs off, saying he got dc'ed and other bullshit.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Asked for PM on his sythe, double checked msn's.
