Link to/reason for TWC/DNT/Ban: There is no link associated with the bans in the rank on either account, but after a significant amount of sleuthing it appears the Halo ban was for scamming and the malandry ban would have been for ban evasion as further detailed below.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

Hello, I am writing about what appears to be a permanent ban that occurred in September 2020 on my sythe accounts.

The accounts in questions are:
halo3rules24
malandry

Here is the email history I have of the two:
halo and maland email (need to download the images to make it bigger)

I created Halo in February of 2009, and malandry in March of 2010, likely because I either forgot I made a Sythe account on my primary email account or wanted to keep rs black market stuff in a separate email. The history of the accounts are lost to me outside the vouch thread on Halo where I on and off purchased GP for several years, and I can see in the original emails I requested a password change several times between the two account in 2011 and 2015 on malandry and in 2010 and 2019 on Halo.

At some point on or around April 2020, it appears halo was compromised, and the person who took it over turned it into a shop, and ultimately resorted to scamming from what I can see. This resulted in the permanent ban on both accounts. Fun comment which I am sure you will see on malandry has the ban reason as something along the lines of "this retard is halo." I may be kind of retarded, and I am Halo, but you got the wrong halo! Ha.

I believe this also coincides with when the vouch post was edited (August 2020) as my discord Uid is 221806862704705548 and I have used this discord id since September 2016. Not sure if you can see thread history but that would be something to check out what contact info I had in the original post because back then it was probably Skype contact or something. And if they started to edit it specifically in April 2020.

If you decide to review here is some additional history I can provide.

I never really used the malandry account to my knowledge for anything besides browing. The reason I even bring the account up is for context as additional details to prove I am the OO.

I created the accounts in the US state of Louisiana, and moved to Texas back at the end of 2018. The last legit activity I recall was purchasing an inferno cape service from cickarful back in June 2019, and it looks like that was the last time I was active.

Suddenly, in April 19, 2020, there is a post from Gladiator indicating a Sythe donation had been processed (halo3rules24 vouch thread). I never donated to Sythe in my life (sorry) and BOOM, billions in gold trades, max account trades, dead man mode trades (i never played this game mode), and this goes on through September 2020 at which point it looks like the account was banned. And then malandry caught a stray.

The reason I would like to appeal these bans is 1:

I do not want these past transgressions that I did not commit to affect using the market place in the future;

And 2: I have amassed a meaningful amount of market activity whether it be gp, services, and account trading over the last 5 months or so and never thought to add it to my Sythe vouch thread until now. As a result, I went to log into my account (recovered) in May 2023 and saw it had been banned. I have been busy with irl and have not have enough time to sit down and see what exactly had occurred. But now I have, and wanted to give it my full attention to eliminate as much guess work as possible to whoever is reviewing this case. That is, if you decide to review it.

UPDATE: While typing this I found something interesting. It looks like in April 2020, the halo imposter posted on a DNT removal request: dnt remove recovery

If this person provided my actual id details, it is likely it was a gold site that I purchased from which required id verification and committed identity theft/fraud. From entering the website they would have details like my ip. Info would be on my DL. I am unsure how they would know a recovery phrase. I don't even know how I would find a recovery phrase.

Anything else you wish to say: I can provide my current ID and address to prove I moved to texas and I am me which is why the creation IP is not the same. It will be impossible to do that as my home where I created the accounts belongs to someone else now. Aside from that, I covered what I believe to be sufficient above. I will note I just found this part of the forum, and I made another account Is Halo which I did not realize was ban evasion. Please disregard that account in the review/decision. After reading the rules of the ban appeal, I realize that this appeal is well past the 1 month window. But hopefully, with the detail I provided it will lead to an understanding of why I would not have been able to appeal as I was unaware this even happened until recently.

Is it standard procedure that the person who is also a victim themselves (albeit not monetarily) is punished? Was the evidence I detailed insufficient/looked at? Is there any other information I can provide? Would it make a difference?
