Money unpaid/ deception/ bad trade practice.

Explanation of the trade: I purchased $120 worth of Spawnpk gold through bitcoin. He only provided $109 worth of gold. In addition, I mentioned I created a new account on the server because I had not played in years. So He offered two "safe" ways of trading the gold. One, an account with the money already in it and I would log into it and play on it as it was mine" that already sounds sketchy because of IP tracing ect." Second. Me getting a small amount of in game money to buy Dragon bones off the POS* It's like the grand exchange* and selling them for a high amount that equaled to the amount of gold I purchased. We did option two. He still owed me about $10 worth of gold and he said that he didn't have anymore gold and that he would give me a discount on next purchase. About 30 minutes later I was banned. I Messaged him on discord he mentioned that I was banned because it was a new account and it got flagged. Yet, I had asked him before hand if this would be an issue and he said that no, it was safe method. In addition, the server added a plug in that shows history of sales more extensively, which he also failed to mention. He spammed me in messaged before the transaction to complete it as fast as we could. I asked him If I could be refunded since it was minutes after the transaction in which I was banned through his "safe" methods and he denied me, and said that he was third-party and had paid the other person the money already and decided to go offline.

Well as you explained it all here , i have offered two safe ways as i always do with all people to get the trade done smooth and safe for both sides you and myself but as the rules of our trading you should read that we are NOT responsible for any bans/mutes after trade and that's the main rules of all traders beside that i have offered my trade method as i do with everyone else and you did choose by yourself the second option of TP method, and when i offered paying the rest for your payment you accepted that to be in your next trade as you say here , so I don't know what's your problem now , trade is just done and you have been banned after the trade Which it not my responsibility, you're reporting me for something just happened after trade is done? You did accept our rules from beginning and you did choose your method i recommend and it went fine for both now you're blaming me for your ban? You have nothing to say you're just explaining the whole trade that has been done with no problems and your ban/mute whatever happened after trade is not my responsibility at all , everything just went fine from beginning, thanks.

 

It was your idea from the start to make a new account and the POS knowing there was extended history with the latest patch so they could see POS transactions. All you did was deceive into making a sell no matter what happened. You keep mentioning rules, what rules did you show me/ make me agree too? Not one mention through the DMs so quit trying to use that as your safety stepping stone for your. And for the remaining unpaid amount I agreed to future trade compensation since it was the only option you gave me. Because you didn’t have anymore gold.

 

If you didn't like it, you would have told me that I didn't want it that way, but you told me that I wanted them to come at my expense, and you asked me if you wanted it, and I told you that I could give you the account , We all risk to do this if everyone knows they won't buy and sell anymore and I have to pay the seller because he's not at fault.

He did guarantee me that is was safe, I asked him multiple times if it were safe, and he said yes, even provided another "safe" method of conducting the trade. Which is deception at its finest especially with them adding a plug in that allows you to see history of items sales as I posted above. Here is another screenshot of this. imgur.com , imgur.com

 

I sent Him a private message on Discord offering a refund for the remaining amount $10, but they haven't responded or provided a cryptocurrency address so I can send it back.
