Built in Vouch System

I am not sure if this has been suggested in the past, but I didn't see it on the do it not suggest list.

I have run into members that have faked vouches, or just have their vouches all of the place in 3-4 different threads. If vB has some type of system where you could give feedback on a user, that could be used as a vouch instead. On top of this, it would also be possible to give negative feedback. This way when someone is about to trade with another member, they will just not see their positive vouches, but also anything negative about the member. Obviously, if people gave negative feedback when they didn't even trade or without just cause, it could be reported and the person giving the feedback would probably receive an infraction.

Anyway, this would just be a brief outline of the idea. I think it would work a lot better than the current vouch system.
