Builds recovered account + 150m wealth inside

I contacted seller to buy maxed 60 attack zerker for 250$ BTC on 2019.08.31.
Transaction was made same day.
On friday, 2019.09.20 i noticed a password reset email from jagex: Imgur

Bought 100m from him aswell (few days after i bought the account), which was inside the account he recovered (+50m of my own wealth):

3) Imgur (He told me to kill him in PVP for the gold)

Would like to get a full refund

 

Unfortunately the likelihood of a refund is very slim, as this isn't the only account he's recovered. This has been added to his ban reason and he can explain himself in a dispute if he wishes

1.) Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!

Although a middleman can't help if the account is recovered as explained in 1.)
