You really shouldn't buy windows.. if you MUST use windows, just pirate it.. it's not worth the $100 price tag.

You could literally shave off $50-$100 on the case.. get something just as good or better (aesthetically too). But, if you really looked through them and want that one, then whatever, but it really, really doesn't matter. That $100 could go to a 64GB SSD that'd make your comp boot in seconds, or a 3820 CPU over 2500k.

Regarding the 7870, the size is good enough to easily get a second in the future and use a crossfire configuration.

Regarding the monitor, you should also understand you won't realistically tell a difference between 2ms and 5ms, and that you shouldn't spend around $200 unless you want to get a 3d monitor, the monitor you picked isn't that great and is far overpriced, you can get a 24" for cheaper that works amazingly well.

I recently bought one of these,

Wasn't a bad deal, great quality monitor.

I'd get this HDD over the one you picked- Let me know what size you actually need and want, you could get a 64-200GB SSD not too expensive, or a 1tb-3tb HDD barely more of a difference in price.

You should also consider just buying an open box HDD, it's like a $20 discount difference and makes absolutely no difference.

There are also a lot of newegg discount codes, and newegg sales, so you could have bought a 1tb hdd for $60 like 2 days ago.

List of promotions etc, look through it for some deals. If you budgeted it in, you could probably go for the 3820. There are some other monitors in that list that are reduced too, including 2ms etc, still far cheaper and better reviews/ratings than the one you listed.

Then finally, I know this isn't that well organized, but your mouse and keyboard, or simply keyboard don't matter, get the cheapest ones you can until you're ready to buy your ideal ones, which would be $60-$120 range usually for the top end products, i.e. a razer blackwidow mechanical keyboard and an ikari laser mouse. There are a lot of different varieties and your preferences would help guide the choice.

I can make an exact build according to your budget when you're ready to buy, and with your specifications and preferences regarding certain pieces. With your exact budget I can help you pick the best for your budget, and deals plus promotions play a big deal in it.
