Building a small file / media server

Hey guys. Looking for some help in choosing parts (slash your opinions).

    I've already bought a case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112339

It's a Mini-ITX that holds seven 3.5" HDDs so when choosing a motherboard I want a lot of SATA connections.

    This one has six: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16813131841

    CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16819116408

    RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231607

Power Supply: This one I'm not too sure. I'm not quite sure how powerful its going to need to be. Anyone want to give me an idea? Keep in mind I may at one point be running 6+ HDDs in it. It also needs to be on the shorter side so that it fits well.

    Thanks guys!

Are you going to be running anything like JBOD, Raid 1, Raid 5, etc? I don't know much about any of them but I'm just wondering.

and for the PSU http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp That's what I use when I'm not sure. It seems you'll be fine with anything 300w+ Just get a good brand.

    I ended up getting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027

because a lot of the other people that bought the case got that one. I'd rather spend a bit more and not worry about it dying on me and taking out my mobo or something.
