    Thanks.

    Forgetting anything?

Any suggestions on same/better parts for cheaper?

Budget is set at ~$700 so if you have any suggestions/recombination be sure to keep that in mind.

I have no idea where you're buying from.
But, you could go with a cheaper case, get the cheapest i5, drop to a H77 mobo(you arent ocing so theres no massive need for Z77). & hopefully with the money saved you can up the GPU to a 660.

What are you planning to do with that build? If it's for gaming I would downgrade the cpu for a i3-3220, upgrade to 8gb dual channel instead of 4gb, and bump up the graphics card to a 7850.

Z77 vs H77 chip set differences?
This is the cheapest i5 (after $15 rebate it's as cheap as cheapest).
The person that the build is for is pretty set on the case.

Are/is i3 a good enough processor for the more intensive games? Yeah I meant to look for 8GB set thanks.

You're better off having i5 processor, had a friend who built a PC for gaming and he had i3, wasn't as good as it could have been.

Actually, it depends, if he's trying to save money, and will play MMO's an i3 will even be kind of an overkill, well, an i5 is more futureproof.
I would always suggest getting every penny you can spend and spend on CPU since if you choose to upgrade, you will need to upgrade motherboard (most likely).

This is a pretty good build but if you can, you might want to put the ~$60 into a better graphics card such as the 7850 2 gb or a 660.

That's why I left $55 so he can get a SSD or upgrade GPU..

Stick with an i5. I'd get 8 gigs of ram though. Or simply get a 4 gig stick and then buy another one later.

If you shop around you can get 8 gigs of ram for a similar price, don't use 2 gig sticks.
If cost cutting is important, the equivalent power ATI card is probably cheaper. I recommend Sapphire brand.
Shopping around for refurbished or openbox hardrives can drastically reduce the price of them.
Since you're using a discreet graphics card, the i5 with integrated graphics isn't important.

Since you're not going to be overclocking due to the locked CPU you don't need a 620W PSU.

I'm running a 3570k with 8gb ram and 670 and I run fine with no issues whatsoever.

Invest in a good quality 520W PSU and you will be fine.
