Build a PC with Haswell or wait for Broadwell?

I want to either build a PC or buy a laptop equipped with Haswell or wait for Broadwell?

Broadwell will be quite a while. They haven't even released a lot of haswell yet. I'd say go ahead and upgrade.

There is always something around the corner. Buy whenever except when something will be out in a month or two. Don't wait months or years because something else will just be right around the corner again.
