    Hello Sythe Members.

    I quitted runescape 2 years ago, and I had led my account by.
    I haven't checked on my account, until today.
    I wanted to start again, because everyone on Sythe is doing something with Runescape (Most) and I went in and checked my account.
    It said password invalid, and I clearly remembered my password, even though I didn't play for 2 years.
    I then tried to recover it with the E-Mail I've always used, but then when I entered it, it said invalid E-Mail.
    So I can't recover it, I can't do anything.
    How do I get my account back?
    I can remember my previous passwords, my moms details when she bought me member, but I can't access the recovery page, so I'm pretty fucked.

    What do I do?

    It should give you 3 tries for the email and after the 3rd one it will send you to a manual recovery forum were you can put in your old passwords, recovery's, and your membership details.


    If that don't work there is a thread on Runescape forums under "Account Help" post there. I think it's called "Lost Control of account"

    mail [email protected] and tell your story and add your details such IP'S payment methods and all the stuff you can remember.

    Good luck. Most likely they won't reply. I sent them a email one day with account issues for a relative and didn't get a reply in 3 weeks tried again and still no reply since and that was over a year ago.

    Hello again.
    I have good news, they responded on the E-Mail, and I got to go to the recovery page, and filled in my information, and BOOM! I have my account here in my hands again :)
    Now I just need to get that damn membership again ;)

    I can't believe it worked!
