The report hasn't banned him yet because they hope he refunds, even though there's more than enough evidence on the original post/replies to show he sells stolen League accounts, and league accounts are all he sells on sythe as well... So regardless of whether or not he refunds the user on powerbot, it's still stolen goods.. the same goods as on sythe, meaning those are probably stolen as well.
