It all comes down to the individual seller I would say. But you could always pay someone to get an account to the stats you want, with zero chance of recovery.

I highly recommend you find someone here on Sythe with a LOT of rep. I don't mean a 50$ donor with 100 vouches, I mean a 300$+ donor with 500+ vouches who has been apart of the site for a long while. Now you may have to wait awhile to find such a member selling an account you're looking for, but it's well worth the wait. You'll also have to pay over it's general price for the account, but you're paying this much as you know it won't get recovered.

 

Look for highly trusted individuals here on Sythe, although I would like to mention that buying an account is never fully risk free. No matter who sells it to you.

I agree, I'd rather buy from a well-trusted member than a company. Cheaper and you get it safely as well as they'll be risking their $10k+ in rep.
