    BSOD! Please help!

    Hi,
I recently bought a new PC (Matrix 8120 Gaming PC) and have been gettint the Blue Screen Of Death. I am unsure what is causing it and hoped that someone might have an idea

    PC SPEC:

Modular 450W Quiet 80+ Dual Rail High Efficiency Power Supply
    AMD 970 AM3+ FX Motherboard - CrossFireX™/SLI™ Ready
AMD FX 8120 Black Edition, 8 Core, 3.1GHz/4.0GHz, 16MB Cache
    16GB DDR3 1600MHz (4x4GB) Memory Kit - CRUCIAL Ballistix
    2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT640 - 384 Cores, D-Sub/ Dual Link DVI-D/ HDMI - 3D Vision Ready
    2TB SATA III 6Gb/s, 7200rpm, 64MB Cache, 8ms Hard Drive
    24x DVD Writer (read/write CD & DVD)
Integrated 7.1 High Definition 8-channel Audio
High Speed Network Port (Supports High-Speed Cable / DSL / Network Connections)

It is running on Windows 7 64 bit. I have had the pc for around 6 days now. I have tried updating the drivers but this did not seem to help. Before today I got it once I entered my password and windows began to load. However to day I got it around 5 minutes after start up. This weekend I plan to make sure nothing has slipped slightly out of place during the delivery (Mainly the RAM). Any ideas please post away.

    Thanks in advance!

    EDIT: It is NOT overclocked!

ALSO ONLY HAPPENS ON A COLD BOOT

Take everything off your computer that isnt needed. No disc drive, no gpu if you have an integrated one, and only 1 stick of ram. Try it then, if it still happens, try a different ram and different slot. If it keeps happening post back here and i will help as best i can.

Ok I'm doing a thing at a time so yesterday I updated the drivers and today I plan to remove a program that i think could possibly interfering with it. Will update tomorrow as it is only on a cold boot forgot to mention that.
