    Well, i was selling him my miner with 1.3M cash on it for 11$ via paypal, he do send me the money but he claims them back.

    All i did was laughing, who sad can you be if you scam somone for 11$? :laugh:

    I'm sorry but this isn't sufficient enough proof. You've only provided the name of the person who sent it to you. The following would be helpful:

    - MSN convo's of him telling you his PayPal
    - The PayPal he said being shown in a screenshot
