    The user is a serial evader and should've been banned as per this report which should've also been marked as valid:

    The IP match between Punjabaaa and some previous accounts is a private IP as mentioned in the reported post, and the users he shares that IP with are known to use several impostor skypes including the one mentioned in the report.
