Hi all,

Since we are customers of taking services on some osrs service provides like questing and skilling ect Oracle services is so cheap a nice service done in few days but there is a big problem.

The post all jobs in completed jobs section discord in oracle's services the task the have done all good but there is a big problem. The post some times accidently RSN and this happened few times. Also there was a account with rsn and password posted L0L. I did also ask for a questing service one of my accounts all good done nicely because the got mad of saying reporting this the took 300m of my account. I have some screens to show it and I can verify there was a discussion in general on discord about this.

As a customer we want nice services but our important thing is hide our information because in few discords fagex is watching us or few wannabe sir puggers. Solution is the shud get a warning plus i want my 300m back.

 

can you please supply the proof of us taking 300m from the account?

we dont do that, plus extortion isnt the answer, i have all that screenshotted too to have ready for this report.

So @Raplaaays is right about the RSN leak. Unfortunately this happened about 3 times before. This was couple of months ago when the bot was made. One of those times the worker blundered big time and leaked a client's credentials. I absolutely lost my shit on my employee and gave her an earful. The client in question was made aware of what happened by me as soon as I found out about this and I sincerely apologized to him and was fully compensated for everything he lost and then some.

New rules and parameters were set in place for the workers after that incident and we went a while (till just a day or two ago) before we had another accident and another RSN was leaked. Again, it was an accident and we've now taken further actions to prevent this from happening thanks to a suggestion made by one of our clients. Which I truly wish we were aware of before.


HOWEVER, on the more troubling issue at hand:
@Raplaaays used this incident and tried to blackmail us in his ticket by telling us he was going to report us on Sythe unless we paid him. He proceeded to delete those messages from his ticket before he got banned by @MrDeadKingz.

He also claims we stole 300m from his account because he threatened to report us and this is false for two clear reasons:
1 - He never had 300m to begin with. He had about 50m + gear.

This guy is obviously a liar. He tried to extort us for a mistake we did with another client and since we banned him for what he said, he's come here to fulfill his promise.

 

Why in the last night one of ur staff logged into my account and took everything out? The pass was the same I gave you guys. other acc was changed but nice job for real. This problem with credentials is unacceptable. I had plenty crystals banked only you guys knew the password tell me. U guys now try to make everything is my fault L0L NICE JOB

U guys saw this comming after I said I will report this on sythe about credentials u guys kicked me L0L

I dont need my money back but the problem is u guys posting just credentials this happened last week too. I just want one of admins give you guys warn.

 

- You're a liar. You said you had 300m but screenshots show only 50m + gear.
- Your order was finished on the 13th, you had plenty of time to check and change your password after a job. Yet now all the sudden you're saying we stole your non existent bank after you got banned.
- You tried blackmailing us and told us to give you GP or else you'll report us on Sythe for something that had nothing to do with you.

 

I wait for the mods u guys come with tips to make everything is my problem lmao now I understand why u guys cheap... Alot of people left ur discord too

Sharing this much already proves how unfair you are. There are more people in ur discord who left if the come also reply u guys have nothing to say we pay we say u guys are just leaking instead of fixing like this. U guys try now different way attack on the accounts so disrecpectfull I am sure one of the mods will get soon.

Now you make up some shit about your GP being stolen, even though you never had that much to begin with.

He deleted his messages in his transcript before he was banned. Transcripts are sent to you on discord.

As for the leak of RSN, @Litago was contacted, apologized to. He wasn't banned for reporting it. He was banned for assisting @Raplaaays with screenshots despite lying and implying he didn't.

It is bad business practices I fully agree. and that credentials leak was a huge problem and I'm still embarrassed over it till this day. @omgsosorry was contacted and informed about it and was compensated not only the stolen amount, but full amount of GP he had on the account before the service was initiated. Luckily a client came forward and made a suggestion that neither I or @MrDeadKingz were aware of. So we've implemented a new thing in our staff server that should hopefully prevent anything like this from happening again.

 

I appreciate ur warning but it hurts to see like using services and posting in public with RSN max account info or somehow share account with password. I can tell tonight someone logged onto my account took evereything. Idc about the money but if this is the way handling information of customers idk. It is hard to proof that someone else logged to my account.

But alteast a warn is a warn. I hope for Oracle that this will not happen again and shared on sythe again for him.

I banned you because you assisted someone who was trying to blackmail me. And when I asked you about it you implied you didn't send him the pictures and told me to "check the IDs of the pictures or something". So instead of coming clean from the beginning you lied. Then you came in here saying I banned you for speaking out which is another lie considering I've stated in detailed responses as to why I banned you. This is being another attempt so you can get it through your thick skull. I don't like liars and I no longer feel like offering you any services.
