Buying $90+ Pre-Paid Credit Card [Mail][Other Methods]

Basically, I need a pre-paid credit card with at least $94.05 on it to pay off a negative balance on my PayPal account. You will mail me the card (so yes it does belong here).

I'm not looking for anything more than $100 on the card, because I have no need for it other than to pay off the debt. I can offer mainly via mail, but I could also offer a 1,600 MSP code with that and a 3 month RuneScape membership card (both can be easily sold for PayPal).

Just post here if you can help me out.

Note: The card can not be registered under any name (I need to register it to my account and stuff to 'prove' it's me to PayPal).
