5) You cannot post another user's guide unless you get their permission. It doesn't matter if you purchased the guide, or found it free on another site. If you do have permission to redistribute the guide from the author, remember to give them credit.



That guide was sold on multiple sites etc, and to users for over $1000+ total.
With that leak, he made it free, and cost some users $25 - $200/guide bought.
That leak spread it etc, so tl;dr, he chinced users out of a few $100 - $1000 by posting it freely.
