Break handler help

Well I am knew to rsbot. I finally got it working but I don't know how to custimize break handler and don't wanna risk getting banned on my main because of it. I'd appreaciate if someone could give me the code of their break handler that bots for around 2-4 hours a day. Thanks.

And its not that hard to turn the bot off when you want.

I've been botting like 30h in 3 days and havent got banned

 

I don't know how to program it so I i'd like someone just to post their code and I could see how to do it and edit it to my liking. Thanks.
