Alluminati ban dispute

hi I'm new to this site and I have been registered for nearly two months. I'm not quite sure what ban evasion is. This is my first ever sythe account, and a little trusted on here like three vouches. I have dial up internet, and I use a browser called "Tor browser". It's a lot faster with my operating system I have. I don't know to much about computers, an see it gives me a different connection every time I open the internet on Thor Browser.
I am not sure why I am band though so if we can talk about this that would be great possibly help me out finding a way to get a quicker web browser.
