Create the icon you wish to make it contain, it MUST be 24x24 pixels and the file extension MUST be .ico

After doing all of that, save it as *.reg the * means whatever you want it called... then run the .reg file... then logoff then logon to re-run explorer.exe
your branding should be now in the startmenu... and if you want to remove it... have fun
