Merchant of Crystal Tears

I know what I've done wrong. I took advantage of my powers, my very little powers, and I scammed. I'll admit straight up, I didn't scam 400M, nor' did I scam the cat mask.
I only took back my account after I sold it for one pin from Wambow.

I did not scam Legit Trainer, Wambow sold Combat Failz to him alone.
I know, I did wrong, I did it out of trying to keep Combat away from them getting combat on it. Not to scam.
It's been a few months, and I've been a good boy.
I've stayed clear of harassing anyone whose tried to ban me, and I've talked to Wambow alone, I could provide Combat Failz back to Wambow, if that'd help.
I'm not asking for a full unban, I'm asking to be allowed back on Sythe, using MOCT as an account, or not. If MOCT would be unbanned, I'd ask for a Trade With Caution, or a Black Market ban, if that'd make things easier.

I've done nothing at all to this community that has effected it besides taking back Combat_Failz. I joined UE in what, August 2008? Almost an entire year. And from there on out, I joined UE, I've never helped or attempted scamming since then. So I don't see why I'd come out to be entirely un-trustable. I've seen cases where people get forum bans and TWC for posting a dispute, so I figured trying won't hurt at all. I know I must have moderators that'll vouch for me, and seeing that most of the ones I knew are now either deranked or banned, I'm left with very true. The only ones I talk to know would be Tgump. Although ones who may have seen my "change" would hopefully be Daily too. I'll try talking to them and see if their willing to support my case. If needed I can also provide Wambow with Combat_Failz or money to repay what I've taken. Although I haven't stolen any cash I could either like I said, give him Combat_Failz, once I get a hold of him on msn, or either pay him the $5 for the pin.

If I was going to sscam, wouldn't I have stolen Chathuranj? The level 130.. I shared plenty of runescape accounts with sythe users, and I've never stolen those, whom might I add, those accounts where far more than the $5 pin I jacked from Wambow for Combat.

Just, I've seen other people be unbanned that have hacked and scammed more than me, I don't see why I can't be unbanned with restrictions such as TWC or Black Market Ban, like them.

unless you have someone willing to vouch. But moderators who
remember me, I've never done anything against the rules, sure I've
gotten a few infractions, but the only times I was banned was from
someone jumping the gun on suspicion. I'm sorry, I truly am,

my views: once he has paid back what was scammed, unban with a TWC/market ban
